Legal Notice:

Unless stated in the contract, we are the "owner" of the code/programs being written. If we reuse any code for other projects, you will not be provided any compensation. We reuse code to save our clients money. Developing code/programs where we will not be the "owners" we must know in advance and the development rates may be higher. We respect your privacy and will not sell or use any collected information for anything other than normal business use. We try our best to make sure no "bugs" are included with our final product, but we will not be responsible for any loss or damages caused by the use of our code/program/services. Please notify us as soon as a problem is known so it can be corrected as soon as possible. We also will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by an "act of god". We will provide as much protection as possible while we house code and equipment for our clients but cannot be held responsible for theft, fire or storm damage. Late payments will result in a 1.5% per month (minimum of $10.00) penalty added to the bill each month. Bills may be sent to a collection agency if payments are overly late. Statements in a contract may dismiss or add to this legal notice, the contract is the final word.
